Knowledge Base

We generate and harvest knowledge through seminars, workshops, email forums, and web-based surveys. We try to focus debate before and after events, with members submitting articles, links or sometimes simply thoughts. Members who can't attend can then access this via the Knowledge Base, currently in development. Please do not use these forums for Press Releases or newsletters. Copyright of all material is shared with NetProZ Limited, which reserves the right to republish.

Online forums are run on email list-servers. The access granted to members to read or post depends on their roles and goals.

General Forum

Global access. This is a general discussion forum open to all members and non-members. To join, send a blank email to: netproz-forum-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

- Offline Events: all-member access. Registered Gatekeepers can post events which broadly fit the NetProZ ethos. Some of these events will be specially discounted for members of the Gatekeeper communities - these will be indicated by an asterisk (*) in the Subject line. If you know of an event that interests you, please forward it to us and we will start a dialogue with the organisers.

While some of these events are full-blown international conferences, from time to time you will see the appearance of so-called Theme Leaders who are establishing new Special Interest Groups for collaborative working. These will often be tiny groups of like-minded people getting together in a bar of-an-evening to explore new ideas. It's at meetings like these where collaboration germinates and we highly recommend these to you. One such meeting in a London pub in the late 1990s featured just five people - now key movers and shakers in the e-commerce community. To add your name to the list, send a blank email to: netproz-forum-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

We recommend you set your preferences to receive a daily digest.

Community Views

This is a new forum set up for Gatekeepers to voice the views of their communities. Only Gatekeepers may post. Please note that it is NOT for newsletters or press releases. The most interesting opinions are republished in the Gatekeeper newsletter. To apply to join, please speak to your usual NetProZ contact.

Communities

This forum is only for registered Gatekeepers. It is used for example to introduce network and community organisers to each other; find out mutual areas of interest; identify potential for collaboration and the sharing of networks and business leads, ideas and best practise on running communities; other group activities, such as trade missions and regional showcases. In fact, virtually anything goes. To apply to join, please speak to your usual NetProZ contact.

Themes (or Special Interest Groups)

From nanotechnology to entertainment, various internal forums are used for members working on new online and offline projects & strategies, as well as our committee and relationship team. Please get in touch with your usual NetProZ contact for details of how to get more involved in the community, or how to promote your own community and its members. The Theme Leaders promote their meetings from time to time on the netproz-offline forum.

Web-based surveys are run with our partner Cognitix. Try our survey on Work-Life balance - user ID netprozsurvey and password 180901

Events include workshops and seminars. See Previous Events (this part of the website is in development). Help NetProZ support your own vision. We welcome all support and ideas. If you would like to suggest another topic, help host or moderate a discussion, or sponsor an event or discussion, please contact gerard.davies@netproz.net
