Introduction
Anyone who has an address book has a network. In the last years, thousands of new groups have sprung up across the UK and mainland Europe with a focused online presence and/or operating offline events. Each of these communities has a distinct value proposition for its visitors, members or subscribers and a focus on a specific sector or market. At present most of the existing communities operate in isolation although there are informal links both through the founders and the members. It is now proposed that the various communities co-operate to increase awareness, viability and efficiency, while maintaining their own independence and that of their subscribers.
NetProZ believes that the power of the networks - and therefore their value - can only be unleashed if we open up efficient communications channels between them. More than simply forming partnerships, this means building relationships, particularly between the intermediaries who manage them. The principle is based on neural networks found in nature. Can isolated braincells think alone?
This social and economic revolution is based on connectivity, collaboration, openness and - most importantly - trust. Thus the NetProZ community has been focusing on building new partnerships and relationships, as well as innovative business models for leveraging them. If you know someone who has a community or network, please encourage them to contact us. We are happy to share our ideas on how to work together.
The Communities Proposition
It is important that all communities feel that they continue to maintain a high degree of independence. The intention is to facilitate connections between networks, allowing each independent community the option to interact and/or co-operate with other groups on a project by project basis. The proposition allows organisations to leverage each others' experience and provides a level of synergy so that we can all work together to develop successful online and offline communities.
